David Sedaris - even better in person!

David read several of his essays and diary memories -- all of which were great -- and interspersed them with warm and hilarious commentary. I love his sense of humor and irony and appreciated the fact that someone who relies so much on sarcasm isn't at all snarky or condescending. He is hilarious and had the crowd snickering at most of his stories and guffawing at several. His two hour show is even more entertaining than his books and essays. You get a real feel for his warmth as well as his wit. Afterward he signed hundreds of books -- spreading more witticisms far and wide. Thanks for a great evening, David!
